I got a new phone. How do I get Oasis Pro back?
Install Oasis, open the Pro screen (tap PRO or any locked sound) and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Oasis Pro → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid being charged. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do refunds work?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sounds stop when I lock my phone
Oasis is built to keep playing in the background and on the lock screen. If it stops, make sure you didn't swipe the app away in the app switcher, and that another app (a call, a video, an alarm) didn't take over the audio. Press play again on the lock screen to resume.
My bedtime reminder doesn't arrive
Check Settings → Notifications → Oasis and make sure notifications are allowed. Then open Oasis → Sleep and confirm the reminder is switched on. Focus modes such as Sleep or Do Not Disturb can also hold notifications.
Do binaural beats work through the speaker?
Binaural beats need headphones: each ear hears a slightly different tone. All other sounds work fine through the speaker.
